A New Discovery Engine


There are many ways for your work to get noticed. Submitting a preprint to ArXiv is one, presenting at conferences is another. But once you have done that or if the conference is too far in the future, you may, for different reasons such as building your own brand, host a webpage containing examples featured in your paper. Yet, there is this little voice inside you asking: Once I built it, will they come ?

Most probably they will but it may take some time. Here are ways to accelerate this process and make your work noticeable by search engines and others. 
  • You can let me know about your work in an email that has to provide some information beyond the abstract. I should be able to feature it fast if the subject areas aligns the themes of Nuit Blanche. Please note that I will pay a specific interest if you feature an implementation of your work.



Of note:

In the coming month, LinkedIn groups such as the Compressive Sensing group will not accept RSS feeds anymore which means that it might be wise to directly subscribe to Nuit Blanche's feed or register you email and get new entries directly in your mailbox, enter your email address here (and press subscribe):


What are the advantages of doing this when there are too many entries to read from in the first place ? if you use a search engine for your email box, you can find relevant entries by searching your own email box as opposed to relying on the flawed search capability that currently comes with this blog.
